Createbag is a trading name of Supplybase Solutions Ltd, our specialist division for the supply of Bespoke Reusable Bags.

With own own Office in Ningbo City, China, we have over 10 years of established links to a factory here to produce the best quality bags with longevity.

Once a design/Bag has been agreed here in the UK with us, we instruct our Chinese counterparts to commence production, report any problems and arrange shipment to the UK

Any consignment is received into our UK warehouse, where it is inspected, prior to the UK delivery to the customer, as we view great customer services with paramount importance.

This process from agreement to UK delivery would take approx 10-12 weeks, so keep this mindfull if your bags are intended for a particular event.

FAQ's

Can I see a sample?

A Sample of Your Bag can be ordered and air-freighted to you and costs £50 + vat, but this would be deducted from any final order

If I order 3,000 bags, can your UK Warehouse store say 2,000 of my bags?

Yes, we have storage space adjacent to our offices here in the UK

Am I expected to pay up front?

No, we only invoice on your receipt of the full consignment.
